The ATSC team has designed Department of Defense Pay-for-Performance systems from the ground up including NSPS (National Security Personnel System) and DCIPS (Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System).
ATSC has trained Federal and commercial clients for over 30 years. Training can be included as part of a larger development, infrastructure or integration project or as a standalone service.
