John Brundage

Training Program Manager

John Brundage (Training Program Manager) LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) recently finished a thirty-seven year career in the Federal Government, the last five being the Training Program Manager for the Acquisition Demonstration Project and the Director of Training for the NSPS Program Executive Office. Mr. Brundage then joined Resource Consultants, Inc. (RCI), which was later acquired by Serco, as Operations Center Manager for both Acq Demo and NSPS training for the Federal workforce. John has been the leader in the just-in-time modular approach in the Department of Defense pay-for-performance arena, leading his team to innovative approaches that have resulted in satisfied customers worldwide.

Tom Stajmiger

Training Implementation Manager

Tom Stajmiger (Training Implementation Manager) has seventeen years of experience in the education, business analysis, account management, and computer systems development fields, specializing in business process analysis and end user training. He has served as a Project Manager for over forty simultaneous clients nationwide, while also managing internal staffs of up to forty-five members. For the past four years Tom has been involved in all aspects of NSPS and DCIPS training and consulting delivery services, including project management, trainer development, curriculum development, and training and consulting delivery. Experience in training covers a broad range of organizations such as: Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, United Airlines, Gannett, Motorola, and the American Federation of Teachers.

Karen Griffith

Senior Trainer/Consultant

Karen Griffith (Senior Trainer/Consultant) has a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management, as well as a Masters from Pepperdine University in Educational Technology and Leadership. Her educational research encompassed cognitive theory as it is applied to classroom learning and technology. Ms. Griffith has over 15 years of experience in the educational field where she was selected as the Daily Press' High School Teacher of the Year in 2001 as well as the Hampton City Schools High School Teacher of the Year in 2003. For the past 8 years, Karen has drawn on her educational experience and university education to specialize in the creation and delivery of performance management related curriculum including objective writing, self assessment writing, pay pool facilitation, pay pool operations, use of the compensation workbench, pay pool analysis tool and performance appraisal application. An in-demand trainer, Ms. Griffith traveled the world delivering workshops to senior leaders, supervisors, managers and employees related to all facets of the NSPS implementation. Ms. Griffith has also worked onsite at several Department of Defense organizations where she provided consulting services from pre-NSPS conversion to post pay pool PRA (Performance Review Authority) briefings, wrote policy, decision papers, and participated in every facet of the change management process related to the conversion to performance management.

Lorraine McGovern

Senior Trainer/Consultant

Lorraine McGovern (Senior Trainer/Consultant) PHR (Professional in Human Resources), CGM (Certified General Mediator) has been conducting courses for the Department of Defense related to the NSPS and DCIPS since their inceptions. Her experience spans the full spectrum of Performance Management and Pay Pool Classes, including performance management coaching, pay pool facilitation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (mediation) related to Performance issues. Lorraine holds professional certifications in Human Resources Management, Mediation, Leadership Training and Project Management.

Elle Peji

Senior Trainer/Consultant

Elle Peji (Senior Trainer/Consultant) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She has been training in the corporate environment since 1995 and in the government sector since 2005. Her contagious energy and ability to keep the participants engaged has made her one of our most requested trainers. Elle has authored and modified multiple NSPS curricula including and delivered training courses on topics including performance management, job objectives coaching, appropriate workplace behavior, diversity, sexual harassment prevention, discrimination in employment, workplace violence, liability prevention and management, conducting internal investigations, conflict management, and policy writing. She is an expert in EEO and anti-discrimination laws. Experience in training covers a broad range of organizations such as: U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), the Alexander Hamilton Institute, the Salk Institute, Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Oakland Raiders, Clark Construction, Hormel Foods, TravelEx, and All State

Gregg Ward, CMC

Senior Trainer/Consultant

Gregg Ward (Senior Trainer/Consultant) is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and expert trainer with nearly 25 years experience serving federal, state and city governments, private industry and non-profits in the areas of performance management, leadership, conflict resolution, teambuilding, ethics, preventing sexual harassment and change management. He is the author of the best-selling management book: Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: a toolbook for managers and team leads and frequently is a keynote speaker and workshop leader at major industry conferences and offsites on his book and related topics. Experience in training covers a broad range of organizations such as: U.S. Navy SPAWAR, Defense Acquisition University (DAU), the Pentagon Office of Personnel Management, American Express, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Qualcomm, SAIC and Warner Bros. Since 2006 he has also delivered a variety of NSPS and DCIPS training programs for the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
