ATSC Wins Prime Position on GSA Alliant Contract

MCLEAN, VA – (BUSINESSWIRE) – April 1, 2009, ATS Corporation (“ATSC” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: ATCT), a leading information technology company delivering innovative technology solutions to government and commercial organizations, today announced the award of a prime position on the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Alliant Government Wide Acquisition Contract. Alliant is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $50 billion over a five-year base period with one five-year option period. This contract provides federal agencies a centralized and streamlined vehicle to acquire a broad range of complex IT solutions. The scope of the Alliant contract includes any and all components of an integrated IT solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the contract.
