Writing a Self-Assessment
Course Description
In this workshop, participants will learn a process-based self-assessment format called BRIC. In the BRIC model, employees will write a briefing or statement of accomplishment followed by evidence of that accomplishment, the outcome's impact on the organization's mission and supporting evidence of Contributing Factor performance.
