SMART Objective Coaching
Course Description
This service will provide an opportunity for individualized coaching on the development of job objectives that are not only "SMART," but also aligned with the command’s organizational goals. Scheduled by appointment and in short time blocks throughout the day, supervisors and their employees will work together receiving hands-on support from an NSPS subject matter expert who will help identify the right result, create meaningful measures and assign appropriate Contributing Factors. This session is like no other in that at the conclusion, participants will have well-written objectives for their performance plan!
Audience: Employees and Rating Officials
Length: Consulting services as needed
Outcome
- Each participant will have well-crafted SMART objectives
- All objectives will be aligned with the objectives of the supervisor
