Rating Official Guide to NSPS for FY2010
Course Description
In this workshop rating officials will learn about the major components of the National Security Personnel System including:
- Classification
- Planning for performance
- Performance related communications
- Rating and rewarding
- Pay Pool operations
This one-and-a-half day overview will allow employees new to the organization or NSPS in general to grasp the essentials of managing employees in a performance management environment and fulfill organizational expectations.
