Pay Pool Management
Course Description
In this workshop, pay pool panel members will have the opportunity to simulate the phases of the pay pool process and participate in the various roles associated with pay pool operations. Emphasis is placed on the development of shared understanding to facilitate the equitable reconciliation of ratings. Participants will also develop or comment on generic or organizational business rules and put them into practice during the simulation. The implications of balancing the salary vs. bonus split is introduced as a concept and explored in more depth in the Advanced Pay Pool Management Workshop. Laptops are not required for this workshop.
