Course Description
This workshop utilizes the latest version of the Compensation Workbench (CWB) to simulate the phases of the pay pool operations after the reconciliation of ratings is complete. Participants will review the organizational criteria for making the share allocation and the salary vs. bonus split for each employee and reward performance accordingly. An emphasis will be placed on the insights that can be gained from analyzing the aggregate data available from the CWB. Laptops are required for this workshop.

- Understand the purpose and functionality of the Compensation Workbench
- Apply organizational compensation models if available
- Practice the balancing of salary vs. bonus pay outs based on the three elements of pay pool funding
- Audit pay pool results using the aggregate data provided in the CWB
